Implementation of a liquidity contract

Ramsay Générale de Santé has entrusted Crédit Industriel et Commercial SA (CIC), with the implementation of a liquidity contract concerning its ordinary shares listed on Euronext Paris.

Ramsay Générale de Santé (Code ISIN: FR0000044471 / Stock symbol: GDS) has entrusted Crédit Industriel et Commercial SA (CIC), with the implementation of a liquidity contract concerning its ordinary shares listed on Euronext Paris as of March 1st 2022, for a period of one year renewable by tacit agreement.

The contract is in accordance with the provisions of the legal framework in force, in particular Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR), of the Delegated Regulation Commission (EU) No. 2017/567, Articles L. 22-10-62 et seq. of the French Commercial Code and Decision No. 2021-01 of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers- AMF) of 22 June 2021 renewing the introduction of liquidity contracts on equity securities as an accepted market practice (the "AMF Decision") and any other provisions referred to therein.

The following means have been allocated to the liquidity account for the implementation of this contract:
200,000 euros
5,000 shares

The execution of the liquidity contract may be suspended according to conditions outlined in article 5 of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22 2021. It may also be suspended at the request of the Company for the period it specifies.

The contract may be terminated by Ramsay Générale de Santé at any time without notice, or by CIC with one month’s notice.

CIC may terminate the contract when the Liquidity Provider contract between it and Euronext Paris is terminated.
