Clément Lafaix, 41, Group Chief Financial OfficerReports to Pascal Roché, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Santé and member of the Ramsay Santé Executive Committee
A graduate of ESCP Europe and a chartered accountant, Clément Lafaix began his career in 2006 with EY in the Transaction Services department, rising to the position of Senior Manager. In 2014, he joined the Aéroports de Paris group, first as Chief Financial Officer of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, then as Director of Finance, Management and Strategy for the group, which operates and develops some twenty airports worldwide. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Monoprix (Monoprix, Monop', Naturalia), a group with sales of over €5 billion and nearly 800 shops. He joins Ramsay Santé as Group Finance Director on 1er July 2024.
Clément Lafaix has extensive experience in all areas of the finance function, and particularly in a sector where the search for improved performance is combined with a strategy of differentiation and adaptation to consumer needs, just like the challenges our Group is facing. The members of the Executive Committee join me in wishing him every success in his new role.
