- Ramsay Santé, one of the European leaders in private hospitalisation and primary care, is grouping its range of services in the La Rochelle region on a single, more modern and more accessible site.
- The group is thus transferring all the care activities of the Clinique du Mail, previously located in the centre of La Rochelle, to the site of the Clinique de l'Atlantique in Puilboreau.
- This project is the result of a strong desire to create a unique medical and surgical centre in La Rochelle capable of offering comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.
The
Clinique de l'Atlantique, a medical, surgical and obstetrics (MCO) and follow-up and rehabilitation care (FCR) facility of the private hospitalisation group Ramsay Santé, is expanding to integrate the medical and surgical activities of the Clinique du Mail. The aim of this grouping is to offer patients
comprehensive and multidisciplinary care on the same site as quickly as possible, both for routine consultations and for complex medical procedures or the monitoring of chronic illnesses.
A unique medical and surgical centre in the La Rochelle conurbation
The new Clinic brings together the initial range of treatments offered by the Clinique de l'Atlantique, supplemented by the specialities of the Clinique du Mail. A total of
23 specialities are now offered on a single site by 140 practitioners*.
Our ambition is to offer a diversified and high quality care offer that can be adapted to each patient, at each stage of their journey. This grouping also allows us to strengthen our technical platform in order to be more attractive for the recruitment of new practitioners.

The new facility benefits from a set of
20 completely renovated operating theatres, a spacious and ergonomic recovery room, a brand new sterilisation unit and 135 beds and places.
In addition, in order to facilitate access to the facility, more than 50 parking spaces have been created, bringing the car park's capacity to 423. Around 50 additional spaces will be available at the beginning of 2021.
