The Board’s decision reflects its confidence in Pascal Roché and the management team’s ability to continue delivering the Group’s strategic ambitions and building on the transformation launched under the YesWeCare plan to further strengthen the Group’s medical and economic fundamentals despite the continued pressure on healthcare sector funding.

Over recent years, Ramsay Santé has further strengthened its position as Europe’s leading private healthcare provider. The Group has accelerated the development of integrated care pathways, invested significantly in medical and digital innovation, expanded its presence in high-growth areas such as imaging, mental health and community-based healthcare while focusing on disciplined execution of performance initiatives. These achievements have been delivered against a backdrop of increasing pressures on healthcare systems, including funding constraints and workforce challenges.

I would like to thank the Board of Directors for its continued trust and support, as well as our 40,000 employees and 10,000 practitioners whose dedication enables us to provide high-quality care to millions of patients every year. The YesWeCare plan has strengthened our foundations and positioned the Group for the future. We are now finalising our next strategic roadmap, which will shape the next chapter of our transformation and be unveiled in the coming months. Together, we will continue to fulfil our mission: improving health through innovation and responding to the evolving healthcare needs of the communities we serve.

Pascal Roché, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Santé
