Ramsay Santé, the European leader in private hospitalization and primary care, announces the takeover of 11 Cosem medical centres.

On March 7, 2022, Ramsay Santé, through its Swedish subsidiary Capio Group Services AB (“Capio”), has announced a recommended public offer to acquire GHP Specialty Care AB (“GHP”), a Swedish specialty healthcare provider listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Capio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramsay Santé, has announced today a cash offer to acquire the shares of GHP, which are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (the “Offer”).

Ramsay Santé announces the acquisition of the Danish company WeCare Holding, a primary care and temporary healthcare staffing operator.

With this entry into the German market, Bergman strengthens its position in north-western Europe.

The acquisition of this Follow-up and Rehabilitation Care (FRC) facility specialising in addiction treatment strengthens Ramsay Santé's presence in Toulousain, where the Group already has a mental health clinic: The Beaupuy Clinic.
